Employment Type: Full-time Location: Bweya Work Arrangement: On-site Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director

Key Responsibilities

Answer telephones and provide information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. Create, maintain, and enter information into databases. Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing. Perform payroll functions, such as maintaining timekeeping information and processing and submitting payroll.

Requirements Essential Qualifications

Post-secondary Diploma in relevant fields. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Active Listening, Speaking, Service Orientation, Time Management, and Monitoring skills. Proficiency in computers and electronics. Knowledge of word processing software. Fluency in relevant languages.
