About the Opportunity

Worley Europe Limited, as EPS Early Services Contractor for the EACOP Project, invites experienced and reputable contractors to express their interest in supplying workshop and warehouse tools and equipment for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project.

Project Overview

The EACOP Project is a major infrastructure development involving the engineering, construction, operation, and maintenance of a crude oil export pipeline crossing Uganda and Tanzania, along with an onshore Marine Terminal in Chongola, near Tanga Port in Tanzania.

Project participants include the Republic of Uganda, the Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC), the United Republic of Tanzania, the Tanzanian Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC), and international oil companies participating in the development of Exploration Areas 1, 1A, 2, and the Kingfisher Discovery Area in the Albertine Graben in Uganda, or their affiliates.

Scope of Supply

The supply of workshop and warehouse tools and equipment shall be in accordance with EACOP Project requirements and specifications. All tools and equipment must meet international standards for the Oil and Gas Industries.

Key Requirements

• Tools and equipment must meet international and industrial standards for oil and gas
• High quality and standards required
• Equipment must be from reputable brands as specified in the Request for Quotation (RFQ)
• Delivery point: Tanga Marine Tanks and Terminals (MTT) or other stipulated pump stations as specified by the Company
• All tools must be supplied with installation, operation, and maintenance manuals/guides and test certificates (if applicable) in English language
• Damaged tools and equipment will not be accepted upon delivery
