Pure Breed Poultry Farm Limited is a fast-growing poultry enterprise committed to excellence in commercial egg production. We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Poultry Manager with strong expertise in layer bird management to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of layer poultry production Ensure optimal egg production, bird health, and welfare Manage feeding programs, vaccination schedules, and biosecurity measures Supervise farm staff and ensure adherence to operational standards Maintain accurate production and financial records Prepare detailed operational and performance reports Develop and present clear performance metrics and analytics to management Implement cost-control strategies and improve farm efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Poultry Manager (layers) Proven track record in managing large-scale layer operations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Strong ability to prepare detailed reports and present performance metrics Excellent leadership and team management skills Knowledge of modern poultry farming practices and biosecurity protocols Diploma or Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or related field
