Field Coordinator

About the Organization

The African Youth Action Network (AYAN) is seeking a passionate and committed Field Coordinator to join our team in Kyaka II Refugee Settlement. This role is part of the PATHPRENEUR Project, which aims to improve the well-being of refugee families through early childhood development, livelihoods, and psychosocial support.

Position Details

• Location: Kyaka II (with travel to Kiryandongo and Rhino Camp)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement AYAN programs in the field
• Engage with refugee and host communities
• Support and manage volunteers
• Oversee field activities and logistics
• Collect data and report on project progress
• Work closely with partners and local leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in community-based programs
• Passion for working with refugee communities
