Scope of Work

Construction of main gate, cowshed latrines, and pit latrines at GAH Ltd facilities.

Eligibility

Participation in this tender is open on equal conditions to all eligible bidders with proven experience and expertise in construction works.

Tender Documents

Tender documents may be obtained from the GAH Ltd Head Office during working days and business hours upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 10,000). The fee shall be deposited into the designated account at Bank of Kigali under the Account Name: GABIRO HUB REVENUE.

Bid Submission Requirements

• Bids must comprise both Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal
• Submit in sealed envelopes, properly bound in two (2) copies, including one (1) original
• Electronic submissions are not accepted
• Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened
• All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security of RWF 1,300,000 or its equivalent in freely convertible currency

Site Visit

Compulsory Site Visit Date: 10 June 2026

Departure Venue: GAH Ltd at 11:30 AM

The site visit will be conducted by GAH Ltd Nominated Staff.

Bid Validity and Opening

Bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of bidders or their representatives at GAH Ltd Office.
