About EACOP
East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) LTD is seeking qualified suppliers to provide video conferencing equipment, installation, and maintenance services for the EACOP Project.
The EACOP Project involves the construction and operation of a 1,443 km buried pipeline to transport crude oil from Lake Albert in Uganda to the eastern coast of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipeline extends from Kabale, Homa District in Uganda to the Chaggaonzi peninsula in Tanga, Tanzania:
- Uganda segment: 296 km with 2 pumping stations
- Tanzania segment: 1,147 km with 4 pumping stations and 2 pressure reduction stations
- Terminus: Marine Terminal at Tanga
Scope of Services
EACOP invites expressions of interest from qualified, licensed, and experienced suppliers capable of providing comprehensive video conferencing and audio-visual communication solutions, including:
- Video conference room bar pro equipment
- Analog table microphones and related accessories
- Professional installation and configuration
- Technical support and maintenance services
- Documentation to support commercialization and collaboration within EACOP offices
Supplier Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate:
- Proven experience in the supply, installation, and maintenance of video conferencing and audio-visual communication systems
- Valid licensure and professional qualifications
- Technical capacity and operational presence in Uganda
- Ability to deliver and install required equipment including video conference room bar pro systems and analog table microphones
