Project Lead: Site Acquisition

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Lead to drive the end-to-end execution of swapping station projects. You will be responsible for managing all phases from site acquisition through construction, vendor management, and payment processing, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of swapping station projects from site acquisition to construction completion
• Secure and finalize station sites through negotiation and approvals
• Manage vendors including onboarding, pricing negotiation, performance monitoring, and compliance
• Oversee construction and commissioning activities
• Track budgets, validate invoices, and coordinate payments
• Collaborate with Operations, HSE, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business
• 3-5 years of experience in project execution, construction, or infrastructure rollout
• Strong negotiation and financial tracking skills
• Demonstrated stakeholder management abilities
