8 Description Data Clerk (2) Department: Data and Analytics Location: Butembe Reporting to: Data analyst Key Relationships: Supervisor Job Grade: M1 Yalelo Uganda is hiring a Data Clerk (2) whose role involves ensuring accuracy and completeness of respective Yalelo Ug ERP data, conducting regular integrity checks, and promptly resolving data issues. Key Result Areas Key Responsibilities Key Performance indicators/ deliverables SSOT & DATA QUALITY IMPLEMENTATION Ensure All Data is of high Integrity and Availability. All Respective ERP Data is entered in SSOT ERP system i.e., D365. Ensure all Fish Production Data is entered in Production SSOT i.e., Aqua manager. DIGITIZATION & PROCESS AUTOMATION Identify areas of process improvement through digitization & automation EFFECTIVE BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP Understand Business Partnership needs, Help formulate Solutions and Conduct necessary knowledge exchange where applicable. Maximize data leverage with a focus on operational efficiency. Foster highly effective Data and Analytics business partnerships and provide quality data literacy training. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor Key Qualifications and Work Experience required for the role: Skills and Ability needed for the role: Working conditions: Day time working hours 8am-5pm.
