About the Position

Simba Beverages Limited is recruiting for Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda) and Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo) positions in Songwe, Tanzania. This is a full-time opportunity to drive sales growth and market expansion in the beverages sector.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
• Identify and register new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust
• Ensure products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops
• Identify and properly utilize trade marketing opportunities and run product promotion campaigns in the work area
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities
• Manage company resources efficiently and professionally

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Regional Manager: 10–15 years; Sales Officer: 3–5 years
• Priority given to applicants with experience in the alcoholic beverage sector
• Good understanding of the Songwe work area
• Strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships
• Education (Regional Manager): Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
