Position Overview

Simba Beverages Limited is recruiting for Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda) and Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo) positions based in Mbeya, Tanzania. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Main Responsibilities

• Driving Growth: Carry out daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
• Expanding the Network: Identify and register new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps
• Building Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust
• Market Excellence: Ensure products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops
• Trade Marketing: Identify and properly use trade marketing opportunities and run product promotion campaigns in the relevant work area
• Professional Reporting: Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities
• Resource Management: Manage company resources efficiently and professionally

Qualifications

• Experience: Mkuu wa Kanda: 10–15 years; Afisa Mauzo: 3–5 years
• Sector Experience: Experience in the alcoholic beverage sector is preferred
• Area Knowledge: Good understanding of the specific work area for which you are applying
• Education (for Mkuu wa Kanda): Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Team Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships
