About the Role
Simba Beverages Limited is expanding its dynamic team and seeking talented professionals for Regional Manager and Sales Officer positions in Manyara, Tanzania. This is a full-time opportunity to drive business growth and market excellence in the beverages sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Driving Growth: Carry out daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
- Expanding the Network: Identify and register new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps
- Building Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust
- Market Excellence: Ensure products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops
- Trade Marketing: Identify and utilize trade marketing opportunities, and run product promotion campaigns in the relevant work area
- Professional Reporting: Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities
- Resource Management: Manage company resources efficiently and professionally
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the alcoholic beverage sector (priority given to candidates with relevant experience)
- Strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships
- Good understanding of the Manyara work area
- Regional Manager: 10–15 years of experience; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Sales Officer: 3–5 years of experience
