Field Sales Associate (Motorcycle)

About the Role

Tabono Consult is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Field Sales Associate to join our client's team. This role is about more than moving inventory—it's about being a "Sales Driver" who can accelerate growth while upholding a reputation for premium service. You'll treat every handshake as a long-term relationship and every lead as an opportunity to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify selling opportunities in trade and drive sales growth through upselling, listing, and stock management
• Ensure proper loadings by brand and SKUs
• Influence sales performance across all outlets
• Manage relationships with clients and staff
• Take responsibility for stock and motorcycle maintenance
• Provide sales crew leadership and direction
• Complete end-of-day reporting (cash reconciliation, sales figures, stock verification)
• Plan and prepare for the following day's activities

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Driving License (required for motorcycles in Tanzania)
• Proven ability to navigate Dar es Salaam traffic efficiently
• Clean riding record with a strong commitment to road safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales
