Position Details

Location: 6th Floor, Alfa Plaza, New Bagamoyo Road, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to remind customers on their bundle renewal
• Make outbound calls to onboard new customers
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Guide customers on how to use the services
• Support the team in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Learn and apply effective communication and customer service techniques during interactions

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in both English and Swahili
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility to work in shifts, if required

Preferred Experience

• Experience in customer care or debt collection
