Position Details
Location: 6th Floor, Alfa Plaza, New Bagamoyo Road, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
Employment Type: Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to remind customers on their bundle renewal
- Make outbound calls to onboard new customers
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Guide customers on how to use the services
- Support the team in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Learn and apply effective communication and customer service techniques during interactions
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in both English and Swahili
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work in shifts, if required
Preferred Experience
- Experience in customer care or debt collection
