Position Overview

This on-site volunteer internship offers an excellent career development opportunity for motivated and analytical individuals interested in business development, grant acquisition, nonprofit management, and sustainable development. You will gain practical experience in the nonprofit sector while supporting research and proposal development activities aimed at securing funding for climate adaptation and environmental protection projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Research funding opportunities, donors, and grant prospects
• Support the preparation and writing of project proposals to secure funding
• Gather and organize information required for proposal development and reporting
• Engage with youth groups and community members during project activities
• Collect basic field data and community feedback
• Document project success stories, achievements, and lessons learned
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders on project-related activities
• Participate in team meetings and organizational events
• Represent ClimaCare Tanzania in community forums and outreach activities as required
