Acceptance manager

About the Role

This role represents an excellent career development opportunity. The Acceptance Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end site acceptance operations for telecom network deployment projects across a defined geographical area. You will ensure that all sites are delivered in line with contractual obligations, customer requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines, enabling successful project closure and supporting revenue recognition milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the provision of end-to-end RAN/MW site acceptance processes and deployment operations
• Manage field activities for the entire project geographical zone or assigned portions, leveraging internal resources, service companies, and third-party suppliers
• Ensure site acceptances meet agreed scope, contractual obligations, forecasted costs, timelines, and quality requirements
• Develop and manage mid-term resource plans (internal and external capacity) based on business forecasts and organizational targets for the country or field sub-market unit
• Manage internal resources and develop team competencies through training plans, coaching, and best practice sharing
• Execute all field services efficiently to meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), scope of work, and quality requirements
• Monitor and control process execution to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Serve as escalation point for unresolved issues
• Ensure resources readiness across internal and third-party supplier teams
