ZEC Operations Manager

About the Role

AB InBev seeks a dedicated operations manager to coordinate the startup of the ZEC (Zero Defects Engineering Center). This role combines project management, strategic planning, and operational oversight to establish a state-of-the-art facility while delivering significant cost savings across maintenance and parts budgets for the Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ZEC startup, including project management of facility construction and procurement of equipment, machines, software, and hardware (3D scanning, CAD/CAM design capability)
• Build the team's strategy, project, and product portfolio roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and partners (Breweries/ZBS/Zitec, SAZ/APAC Zones, and suppliers)
• Facilitate feasibility analysis with stakeholders
• Support the team by reviewing and managing project budgets
• Refine the product and project backlog, managing Reverse Engineering priorities
• Monitor project development and product delivery
• Monitor financial aspects and costing
• Facilitate communication between the team and other departments
• Ensure efficiency of work and timely project delivery
