We are looking for one female and one male candidate to help foster a culture of excellence through effective training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver comprehensive training programs for security personnel
• Assess training needs and develop appropriate learning materials
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Support the development of a performance-driven culture within the organization
• Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with company standards

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in training, facilitation, or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Security industry experience would be an added advantage
