Specialist Enterprise Service Bus (Esb) Platform

About the Role

CRDB Bank Plc is expanding its dynamic team and seeking an experienced ICT Digital Specialist/System Administrator to manage and support the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platform. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining APIs and integration services while delivering new implementations and enhancements in a faster, more reliable, and controlled manner. You will ensure platform stability, performance, and security across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply and develop a resilient, dependable Enterprise Service Bus platform to deliver strategically critical projects and integrations
• Provide direction and leadership to Enterprise Service Bus systems team members
• Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement
• Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop IT solutions
• Manage APIs integration with Core banking applications using different protocols for services including balance inquiry, financial posting (debit/credit), Mini and Full statements
• Establish and manage Enterprise Service Bus integrations with internal and external systems
• Manage APIs integration across multiple platforms: Simbanking MobApp, Simbanking USSD, Agency Banking, Internet Banking, Card System, CSM, Smart Branch, SMS Gateway, Biometric and Sim Account MNOs, GEPG, MUSE, and Partners using Standard API and PIP
• Manage BOT and service provider SMS Gateway integrations (Selcom and Infobip)
• Create environment for integration platform as a service (iPaaS) that enables businesses to build and offer reusable integration applications without custom code
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Service Bus development and rollout
