Site Design Specialist

About the Role

The Site Design Specialist is responsible for ensuring all telecom site design activities are executed in accordance with customer requirements, standards, engineering guidelines, and local regulatory requirements. This role oversees the preparation, review, and approval of all technical site design deliverables required for successful network deployment and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure site design activities meet customer needs and align with industry standards, guidelines, and local regulations
• Manage all technical aspects including permit drawings, construction drawings, static calculations, foundation calculations and studies, and soil reports
• Oversee all drawing approval procedures and design-related acceptances
• Conduct land surveys and coordinate technical documentation requirements
• Localize global design guidelines according to country-specific rules and regulations
• Cooperate with all departments to ensure project alignment
• Verify that site design activities meet both project and local requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in telecom site design or infrastructure design projects
• Proven experience in end-to-end site design activities with demonstrated compliance to customer requirements and industry standards
