About This Opportunity
Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating across the East African Region in Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan. On behalf of our Tanzania-based client, we are recruiting a competent and experienced Operations Supervisor for EACOP Pump Station 3/4.

About EACOP
The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) is a Midstream development located across Uganda and Tanzania, including a nearshore Marine Storage and Export Terminal (MST). Once completed, EACOP will operate a 1,443 km long, electrically heated crude oil export pipeline transporting oil from Kabaale–Hoima in Uganda to the Chongoleani Peninsula near Tanga Port in Tanzania for export to international markets.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time, Rotational (4×4 schedule)
- Location: EACOP Pump Station 4 (near Ushirombo, Tanzania)
- Reports to: Operations Lead PS3/PS4 (N+1) / Field Manager TZ (N+2)
Role Overview
The Operations Supervisor will supervise and coordinate day-to-day production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all activities. The role supports the Operations Lead, manages field operators, and ensures proper control of permits, isolations, and maintenance activities, particularly in environments including unmanned stations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct field operators in accordance with EACOP policies and procedures
- Coordinate day-to-day production operations
- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of operational activities
- Manage field operators and supervise their performance
- Control and manage permits, isolations, and maintenance activities
- Support the Operations Lead in all operational matters
- Oversee operations at unmanned stations
