About the Position
The QHS Auditor is responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, and Safety (QHS) standards across telecom deployment and field operations projects in accordance with organization requirements, customer expectations, and local regulations. The role focuses on conducting field inspections, audits, safety inductions, and compliance monitoring to ensure safe working practices and quality execution of site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct QHS Induction, Life Saving Rule and FASTEN training for Nokia team and suppliers
- Facilitate Health & Safety training including Work at Height and Rescue, Rigging and Lifting, Defensive Driving, Electrical training, first aid, and EMF/RF training
- Ensure company compliance with Road Safety, Working at Height, Electrical, Rigging and Lifting, and FASTEN standards
- Verify that site quality processes are followed and implemented within Services projects
- Facilitate Health & Safety Risk Assessments for projects and implement control measures to mitigate risks
- Conduct field QHS inspections to ensure team compliance with Health & Safety requirements and Quality standards (approximately 75% of time in field)
- Ensure NDPd and NDPc are used correctly for uploading QHS inspection results
- Verify proper use of NDPd AIML PPE check, Hazard Detection Lens, and Crew Check In/Check Out by suppliers
- Review supplier QHS inspections and provide feedback with follow-up on corrective actions
- Conduct weekly governance meetings with suppliers
- Prepare and circulate project QHS reports with follow-up on corrective and preventive actions
- Participate in internal and external QHS audits and compliance reviews
