Location & Work Arrangement

Location: EACOP Pump Station 5 (near Igunga, Tanzania)

Job Type: Full-time, Rotational (4×4 schedule)

Reporting Structure

• Reports to: Operations Lead PS5/PS6 (N+1)
• Field Manager TZ (N+2)

About EACOP

The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project is a Midstream development located across Uganda and Tanzania, including a nearshore Marine Storage and Export Terminal (MST). Once completed, the EACOP Company will operate a 1,443 km long, electrically heated crude oil export pipeline that transports oil from Kabaale–Hoima in Uganda to the Chongoleani Peninsula near Tanga Port in Tanzania for crude export to international markets.

Job Dimensions & General Description

To supervise and coordinate day-to-day production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of activities. The role supports the Operations Lead, manages field operators, and ensures proper control of permits, isolations, and maintenance activities, especially in environments including unmanned stations.
