Key Responsibilities

The Leaf Blender is responsible for providing support with execution of classification and blending duties to achieve required quality and nicotine targets, alignment and grade setups in line with Global Leaf Quality and LPI requirements. The position is also responsible for all sampling processes and procedures adherence.

As a Leaf Blender, you will be responsible for:

• Blend monitoring, ensuring quality production samples, quality sample checks, blend consistency, and aligned blend ratios with set processing instructions
• Quality control and assurance, ensuring that all required samples are available in the factory before the shift starts and quality monitoring samples are representative of the set quality direction while ensuring correct classification of set outs and pickings
• Ensuring product integrity by overseeing lubrications, NTRM extraction points, blending line, and picking tables
• Reporting controls through data collection and updating on internal reports, downtime refeeds/setouts/pickings and reconciliation
