Head of Real Estate, Land and Buildings Department

Position Objective

To efficiently manage all immovable assets of the Diocese, ensuring they are well maintained, developed, and utilized productively in accordance with laws and development plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all land and building assets of the Diocese
• Coordinate construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance of buildings
• Manage contracts for construction and maintenance projects
• Conduct thorough evaluations and feasibility studies for property development projects
• Plan strategically and manage projects effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Estates Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Professional registration (for engineers/architects)
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Age: 30–45 years
