Job Summary

We seek a dedicated Applications Support Analyst to take full responsibility for managing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of all Applications systems. You will enable the use of appropriate platform technology as an integral and reliable component of business processes within the country.

In this role, you will:

• Drive convergence of technologies and ensure delivery of technology projects associated with Applications
• Liaise and negotiate with internal customers and technology vendors
• Drive innovation related to Applications within the bank to improve efficiency and productivity in order to achieve revenue targets

Key Responsibilities

System Stability and Resilience

• Maintain the availability and reliability of applications to ensure that IT effectively meets service targets in accordance with planned business objectives
• Analyze existing application availability issues and problems to determine ways to improve availability at acceptable cost levels
• Determine availability requirements for new applications or enhancements to existing applications
• Optimize the availability of the IT infrastructure to deliver cost-effective improvements that provide tangible benefits to business units and customers
• Provide IT availability reporting to ensure that agreed levels of availability, reliability, and maintainability are measured and monitored on an ongoing basis
