Job Summary

We are seeking an Application Administrator to manage the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of all application systems. This role enables the use of appropriate platform technology as an integral and reliable component of business processes within the country. You will drive convergence of technologies, ensure delivery of technology projects, and liaise and negotiate with internal customers and technology vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the availability and reliability of applications to ensure IT effectively meets service targets in accordance with planned business objectives
• Provide comprehensive application availability reporting to measure and monitor agreed levels of availability, reliability, and maintainability on an ongoing basis
• Facilitate delivery of changes to reports needed by the business and ensure that reports and their dependencies are made available
• Provide holistic support of application availability to business users
