Acceptance close-out supervisors

About the Role

The Acceptance Close-Out Supervisor is responsible for managing and driving end-to-end site acceptance and close-out activities for telecom network deployment projects. This role ensures all sites are delivered in line with contractual obligations, approved designs, quality standards, and customer requirements. The Acceptance Close-Out Supervisor ensures that site completion triggers revenue recognition and formal project closure processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive site acceptance and revenue recognition triggers for customer projects
• Ensure sites are built according to approved site documentation (site design, as-built drawings, etc.) in line with customer contracts and are delivered timely with required quality standards
• Coordinate and conduct site visits for project acceptance with customers
• Manage closure of all open points with subcontractors and relevant stakeholders
• Align and agree on site closeout checklists with customers
• Close all defects and open points for the contracted scope identified during acceptance
• Lead clearance of site defects with suppliers and approve site readiness prior to customer acceptance
• Validate equipment installation results with respect to installation Method of Procedure (MoP) and specifications
• Obtain customer acceptance certificates for sites and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in telecom rollout, implementation, or site acceptance activities
• Proven experience in managing site acceptance
