Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within Simba Beverages Limited. We are seeking experienced professionals for two roles: Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda) and Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo) based in Shinyanga.

Main Responsibilities

• Driving Growth: Carrying out daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
• Expanding the Network: Identifying and registering new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps
• Building Partnerships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust
• Market Excellence: Ensuring products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops
• Trade Marketing: Identifying and properly using trade marketing opportunities, as well as running product promotion campaigns in the relevant work area
• Professional Reporting: Submitting accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities
• Resource Management: Managing company resources efficiently and professionally

Qualifications Required

• Experience: Mkuu wa Kanda (Regional Manager): 10–15 years; Afisa Mauzo (Sales Officer): 3–5 years
• Education (for Regional Manager): Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Sector Experience: Experience in the alcoholic beverage sector is prioritized
• Work Area Knowledge: Good understanding of the specific area for which you are applying
• Team Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships
