About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Simba Beverages Limited in Ruvuma, Tanzania. This is a full-time position offering the chance to work with one of the strongest and most appealing brands in Tanzania.

Main Responsibilities

• Driving Growth: Carry out daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
• Expanding the Network: Identify and register new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps
• Building Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust
• Market Excellence: Ensure products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops
• Trade Marketing: Identify and properly use trade marketing opportunities, and run product promotion campaigns in the relevant work area
• Professional Reporting: Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities
• Resource Management: Manage company resources efficiently and professionally

Required Qualifications

• Relevant Sector Experience: Experience in the alcoholic beverage sector is prioritized
• Work Area Experience: Good understanding of the Ruvuma area and local market dynamics
• Collaborative Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships
• Experience Requirements:
  • Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda): 10–15 years of relevant experience
  • Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo): 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Education for Regional Manager: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
