About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Simba Beverages Limited in a dynamic sales and management position based in Mtwara.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive growth by carrying out daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
• Expand the network by identifying and registering new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust and collaboration
• Ensure products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops
• Identify and utilize trade marketing opportunities, and run product promotion campaigns in the work area
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities
• Manage company resources efficiently and professionally

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the alcoholic beverage sector (priority given to applicants with relevant experience)
• Strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships
• Good understanding of the Mtwara work area
• For Mkuu wa Kanda (Regional Manager): 10–15 years of experience and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• For Afisa Mauzo (Sales Officer): 3–5 years of experience
