About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Simba Beverages Limited in a dynamic sales and management position. This is a full-time role based in Kigoma, Tanzania.
Main Responsibilities
- Driving Growth: Carry out daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
- Expanding the Network: Identify and register new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps
- Building Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust
- Market Excellence: Ensure products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops
- Trade Marketing: Identify and properly utilize trade marketing opportunities, and run product promotion campaigns in the relevant work area
- Professional Reporting: Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities
- Resource Management: Manage company resources efficiently and professionally
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Sector Experience: Experience in the alcoholic beverage sector is preferred
- Collaborative Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships
- Work Area Knowledge: Good understanding of the Kigoma area and local market dynamics
- Experience Requirements:
- Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda): 10–15 years of relevant experience
- Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo): 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Education (Regional Manager): Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
