About the Role

Exodus Tanzania Limited is seeking a highly skilled and committed Full-Stack ERP & Mobile SaaS Developer to play a critical role in designing, developing, and scaling our technology platform. This position combines deep expertise in Odoo ERP customization, backend engineering, and mobile application development, requiring an individual who can seamlessly bridge enterprise systems with modern SaaS and mobile experiences.

Core Technical Requirements

• Advanced Python Development: Proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI)
• Odoo ERP Specialization: Proven experience in Odoo module development, ORM, and customization
• Integrated Mobile Development: Expertise in building mobile applications (Flutter or React Native) specifically integrated with SaaS backends
• Database Management: Strong command of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization
• Version Control: Professional use of Git for collaborative development and code management

Engineering Excellence Standards

• Software Architecture: Strong understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and Design Patterns to ensure modular and reusable code
• Clean Code & Quality: Commitment to writing maintainable, readable, and documented code following SOLID principles
• API Design & Security: Ability to build secure RESTful APIs with a deep understanding of Authentication (JWT, OAuth2) and Web Security (OWASP standards)
• Testing & Reliability: Experience in implementing Unit Testing and Integration Testing
