Peoples Bank of Zanzibar (PBZ) is a commercial bank fully owned by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar. The bank provides excellent financial services to customers in Zanzibar and Mainland Tanzania.

About This Role

This role represents an excellent career development opportunity. The position is based at PBZ branches and service centers in Mainland Tanzania on a fixed-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell bank products and services to new and existing customers
• Encourage customers to open accounts and utilize PBZ banking products
• Provide accurate information to customers about PBZ services and ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in all sales and marketing activities
• Achieve set sales targets and submit timely performance reports

Required Qualifications

• Tanzanian citizen
• 35 years of age or below
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Insurance, International Relations, or a related field
• Current CV and Birth Certificate
• Original academic certificates
• Not a government employee
