Project Coordinator

About the Role

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination and administrative activities of telecom rollout and deployment projects. This position ensures smooth communication, documentation management, and operational support across project teams. The role focuses on maintaining project records, site documentation, logistics arrangements, and resource coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update documentation folders for each project site
• Coordinate with engineering and RO teams to ensure site folders are kept up to date
• Coordinate with SAQ teams to prepare site access for ROM teams
• Work with local HR and Admin to secure office access cards and badges for new team members
• Coordinate with local administration and ROM management to arrange transportation of project teams to sites
• Arrange airport pickups and hotel bookings for new staff members in coordination with local admin
• Liaise with project management and Line Managers to ensure ERM demands and WBS assignments are completed for team members
• Coordinate with procurement and Line Managers to update Tempus systems for ETL team members
• Provide support in supplier PO issuance processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination within telecom or infrastructure projects
• Strong experience in project documentation management, including maintaining and updating site folders, records, and project tracking documents
• Ability to coordinate effectively with engineering, rollout (RO), and SAQ teams to ensure site readiness and accurate documentation
