The Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will be the "voice" of Green Bird College. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that showcase our unique values to prospective parents and students. Your goal is to drive school awareness, manage our digital presence, and ensure our enrollment targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms (social media, website, print materials, and events)
• Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new families and increase student registrations
• Manage the school's social media accounts by creating engaging posts, videos, and stories that highlight daily school life
• Organize and oversee school events, open houses, and tours to build relationships with prospective parents
• Conduct market research to keep abreast of educational trends and local competitive landscape
