Position Overview

As the Supply Chain & Fleet Manager, you will be the custodian of the country Supply Chain Unit, which comprises Procurement, Stores, and Fleet/Logistics teams. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate business unit functions and serve as the in-country reference person for queries concerning supply chain procurement, stores, and fleet/logistics treatments and reporting disclosures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Procurement, Stores, and Fleet/Logistics teams
• Develop inventive and cost-effective supply strategies
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve performance metrics
• Collaborate with all department heads to align supply with demand
• Negotiate supplier contracts, prices, and terms
• Oversee fleet management operations
• Manage internal stakeholder relationships and liaise with external suppliers, service providers, and government authorities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation
• Strong skills in budgeting and data analysis
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance
