HR Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Azam Media as an HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing human resources functions and driving organizational excellence through effective people management and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR framework and recruitment processes
• Design and implement onboarding and retention programs
• Manage workforce planning and succession planning initiatives
• Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Develop and enforce HR policies including compliance and recruitment standards
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Make strategic decisions and solve complex HR problems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR management
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and employment regulations

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and management capabilities
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HR frameworks and recruitment processes
• Ability to manage workforce and succession planning
• Expertise in policy development and regulatory compliance
