Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Digital Transformation Officer to support the Digital Transformation Manager in driving innovation and improving digital delivery channels within BRAC Tanzania Finance Limited (BTFL). The role focuses on supporting the implementation of digital solutions, improving customer experience, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring effective utilization of technology-driven financial services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the rollout and expansion of digital solutions and initiatives across BTFL operations
• Analyze and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of exceptions
• Handle incoming and outgoing staff telephone correspondence professionally and accurately
• Drive the adoption and utilization of digital financial services and solutions
