Position Overview

BRAC Tanzania is seeking a qualified and experienced Digital Transformation Manager to support innovation, digital finance, and organizational transformation initiatives in Dar es Salaam. The Digital Transformation Manager will drive innovation and digital transformation within the organization by implementing and optimizing digital delivery channels and technology-driven solutions. The role focuses on improving customer experience, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the development of digital financial services that promote accessibility, security, and financial inclusion for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, manage, and analyze business strategies related to Digital Financial Services and technology implementation
• Develop innovative digital products and delivery channels that meet customer needs
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Support the development and deployment of digital financial service solutions
• Ensure accessibility, security, and financial inclusion standards across digital platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer & IT, Business Operations, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in digital transformation, technology implementation, or financial services
• Strong understanding of digital financial services and innovation
