About AdFlow

AdFlow is a performance-driven AdTech platform that enables advertisers to run measurable ROI-focused campaigns across programmatic, influencer, and direct channels.

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Venture Manager to lead revenue growth and strategic partnerships for AdFlow. In this role, you will build and manage a high-quality pipeline of advertisers, agencies, and media buyers, while executing performance-led pilot campaigns and scaling a results-oriented marketplace driven by data, conversions, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships for the AdFlow platform
Build and manage a pipeline of advertisers, agencies, and media buyers
Execute performance-led pilot campaigns
Scale a results-oriented marketplace focused on data, conversions, and measurable impact

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships in AdTech, media, or performance marketing
Portfolio of 6–12 past clients (mandatory)
