About the Role
Smart Africa Group (SAG) is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of B2B clients across Tanzania and the region. You will serve as the primary client partner, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities across content, production, and digital services while coordinating seamless service delivery and ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or B2B sales within media, marketing, or creative industries
- Proven upselling and cross-selling track record
