About the Role

Simba Beverages Limited is seeking qualified candidates to fill Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda) and Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo) positions in Mwanza. These are full-time roles offering an excellent opportunity to work with one of Tanzania's strongest and most appealing beverage brands.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive growth by carrying out daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
• Expand the network by identifying and registering new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust and collaboration
• Ensure products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops
• Identify and utilize trade marketing opportunities and run product promotion campaigns in your work area
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities
• Manage company resources efficiently and professionally

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in the alcoholic beverage sector (priority given to candidates with relevant sector experience)
• Strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships
• Good understanding of the specific work area
• Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda): 10–15 years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo): 3–5 years of relevant experience
