Specialist; Collateral Administration

About the Role

NMB Bank Plc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Specialist in Collateral Administration to support the effective administration and monitoring of collateral under Collateral Management Agreement (CMA) structures. This role is responsible for ensuring that all collateral documentation, credit conditions, and regulatory requirements are fulfilled before facility utilization and drawdown processing.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding the bank's secured lending portfolio by coordinating collateral management activities, maintaining accurate records, monitoring compliance requirements, and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of collateral management practices, and the ability to ensure strict adherence to risk management and operational control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all credit approval requirements and Conditions Precedent (CPs) related to CMA facilities are fulfilled before submitting drawdown requests
• Verify compliance with approved lending terms and collateral requirements before facility utilization
• Review and maintain all CMA documentation, including tripartite agreements, insurance documents, contracts, and stock reports
• Ensure collateral documentation is complete, valid, accurate, and compliant with bank policies and procedures
• Verify stock reports, insurance coverage, and collateral-related documentation before the release of stock or facility utilization
• Monitor collateral quality through review and reconciliation of CMA stock reports
• Reconcile stock positions against approved limits
