Sales Associate

About the Role

Tabono Consult is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Associate to join our client's team. The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving and exceeding aggressive sales targets by driving market entry, expanding dealer networks, and securing high-value clients across Tanzania. We need a professional who treats every handshake as a long-term relationship and every lead as a chance to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's range of vehicles to individual and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
• Actively prospect for new clients through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and networking
• Conduct product presentations, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations for potential customers
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and sales contracts
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, specifications, pricing, and financing options
• Coordinate with the marketing and after-sales teams to ensure smooth customer service and follow-ups
• Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain proper records

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a documented record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in automotive or related high-value sectors
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong closer with proven ability to negotiate and finalize substantial deals
• Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
• Valid driver's license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic tools

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic salary: 600,000 TZS per month
• Uncapped commission structure tied directly to sales performance
