Sales and Marketing Officer

About the Role

Rappro Group is expanding its dynamic team and seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist for the printing industry. This full-time position is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and offers the opportunity to drive business growth through strategic selling, market analysis, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve business growth
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and tender quotations
• Analyze target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans
• Train sales team members, sharing best practices in sales techniques and product knowledge
• Ensure team sales quotas are met within set timeframes, demonstrating superior time management
• Perform any other duties as assigned by your Line Manager

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in a similar sales and marketing role
• Deep product knowledge and creative approach in sales and marketing
• Proficiency in relevant business systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
