## Title: Business Development Manager – B2B (Content & Production Services)

About the Role

Smart Africa Group (SAG) is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of B2B clients across Tanzania and the region. You will serve as the primary client partner, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities across content, production, and digital services while coordinating seamless service delivery and ensuring client retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients across Tanzania and the region
  • Serve as the primary client partner for assigned accounts
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across content, production, and digital services
  • Coordinate seamless service delivery to clients

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or B2B sales within media, marketing, or creative industries
  • Proven upselling and cross-selling track record
