Position Overview

Simba Beverages Limited is recruiting for Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda) and Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo) positions in Singida, Tanzania. These are full-time roles within the beverages sector, offering the opportunity to work with one of Tanzania's strongest and most appealing brands.

Main Responsibilities

• Driving Growth: Carry out daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
• Expanding the Network: Identify and register new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps
• Building Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust and collaboration
• Market Excellence: Ensure products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops
• Trade Marketing: Identify and properly utilize trade marketing opportunities and run product promotion campaigns in the work area
• Professional Reporting: Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities
• Resource Management: Manage company resources efficiently and professionally

Required Qualifications

• Relevant sector experience in the alcoholic beverage industry (priority given to candidates with this background)
• Strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships
• Good understanding of the Singida work area
• Professional experience:
  • Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda): 10–15 years
  • Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo): 3–5 years
• Education for Regional Manager: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
