About the Role

Simba Beverages Limited is seeking qualified candidates to fill Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda) and Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo) positions in Simiyu, Tanzania. This is a full-time opportunity to drive sales growth and market expansion in your designated area.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
• Identify and register new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps and expand the network
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust and collaboration
• Ensure products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops
• Identify and leverage trade marketing opportunities and run product promotion campaigns in your work area
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities
• Manage company resources efficiently and professionally

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Beverages Sector: Priority given to candidates with experience in the alcoholic beverage sector
• Professional Experience:
  • Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda): 10–15 years
  • Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo): 3–5 years
• Education (Regional Manager): Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Local Knowledge: Good understanding of the specific area for which you are applying
• Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships
