Position Overview

Simba Beverages Limited is recruiting for Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda) and Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo) positions based in Pwani, Tanzania. This is a full-time opportunity to drive sales growth and market expansion in the beverages sector.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
• Identify and register new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust
• Ensure products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops
• Identify and utilize trade marketing opportunities and run product promotion campaigns in the work area
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities
• Manage company resources efficiently and professionally

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Alcoholic Beverage Sector: Priority given to candidates with relevant industry experience
• Area Knowledge: Good understanding of the specific work area
• Years of Experience:
  • Mkuu wa Kanda (Regional Manager): 10–15 years
  • Afisa Mauzo (Sales Officer): 3–5 years
• Education (Mkuu wa Kanda): Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Team Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships
