About the Role

Simba Beverages Limited is seeking dedicated individuals for Regional Manager and Sales Officer positions in Mara. This is a full-time opportunity to drive growth and market excellence within one of Tanzania's strongest beverage brands.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
• Identify and register new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust
• Ensure products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops
• Identify and properly utilize trade marketing opportunities and run product promotion campaigns in the work area
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities
• Manage company resources efficiently and professionally

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Alcoholic Beverages Sector: Priority given to candidates with relevant sector experience
• Regional Manager (Mkuu wa Kanda): 10–15 years of experience with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Sales Officer (Afisa Mauzo): 3–5 years of experience
• Good understanding of the specific work area
• Strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships
